Great customer service. They post a lot of sports I like to bet that aren’t mainstream with the earliest lines. (Boxing, NASCAR). And their overnight lines and limits on sports like baseball are great. Only thing I dock them for is no weekend payouts.

They added a few crypto withdrawal methods recently. I love the fact I can withdraw via alt-coin when they are on the rise. Not just ETH but Bitcoin Cash, CRP, Cardano, doge, Solana, Litecoin, Tether , plus a few more. Just got XRP recently and it went up four percent before I cashed it.
