If you didn’t gamble, what would you be doing in your life?

Thank you JDS. I was able to recognize this at an early age because my father was a terrible, typical, gambler. Don't think he would mind me saying that if he was still here. He made every bad move a gambler could make. His stories were epic. He would tell me about when he bet his entire...

If you didn’t gamble, what would you be doing in your life?

I’ve been Gambling since I was probably about 10 years old. I learned the basics of gambling from “scaling” baseball cards. (Line up 3 cards against a stair, take turns trying to knock them down , winner is the one that knocks down the last one and keeps them all. By 12-13 I learned that if you...

Same Shit In Here Every Day

Maybe read all the responses again, and slowly enough to really try and understand what is being said by many in here. It has been presented to you in multiple tongues. You cannot expect to post racist, bigoted, large font insults at or about everyone and then shrink because you aren't loved...

Same Shit In Here Every Day

You reap what you sow. You get what you give. There are a bunch of these that we see and hear. I have to think that these might have something to do with it. You understand gambling. People see that. And nice call on the Giants last night. But not much beats “Help the next one in line...

    NFL Parlay Strategy

Just do the math. Do you really think that any book would highly promote the play that they make the LEAST ON?

    NFL Parlay Strategy

The best way to manage multiple team parlays IMO is to not bet them.

Indiana QB sorry for “cooked spreads” as a result of late safety resulting in 5 point win vs 7

Betting on sports and football especially is everywhere. How can a kid his age not see it ? He should not have mentioned that but his age gets a pass IMO. I certainly remember how stupid I was then.

I forgot what a rush it is to bet the ponies

Addition by subtraction. Who will miss bottom of the barrel racing or in some cases a lesser product within the state. Racing is just fine and… cleaner than it has ever been wherever HISA has jurisdiction.

I forgot what a rush it is to bet the ponies

It’s been dying for 60 years now. Some how they keep breaking attendance and handle records. Makes you wonder ? Actually, it doesn’t.

I forgot what a rush it is to bet the ponies

Aren't you the guy that says you only pay juice if you lose. The juice is only too high on spreading exotics like triples and supers. Stop bashing a sport that you can actually gain an advantage in by being selective and putting in the time properly.

Clemson - Where will Dabo be after today’s loss to Syracuse??

It's incredible how much win or lose lands directly on the coach in College Football. With these young guys, including teenagers, sometimes it's simply the true talent level vs. the expectation going in. Some coaches are great. No question, but that doesn't mean if your not great, you must be...

I don’t handle the pressure well betting more than I can afford

The basic premise of your statement is most likely more correct than not. I think the approach to wagering is not correct for most players. IMO, you have to see that in order to try and see where you have a chance to profit or not.

I don’t handle the pressure well betting more than I can afford

It’s not handling the pressure, it’s putting undo strain on your budget. Your brain knows this and is trying to tell you to stay within your means. You have to realize that. You play for the rush and the action, not the money. So wager accordingly . C’mon man.
