To clarify, I did have to wait a week (which is relatively long for BM). My first crypto request lingered for days, and then was canceled. Then my 2nd crypto request was really quick -- received the crypto in about 45 minutes.

It can be both. When a book is slow-paying, doesn't communicate (other than the customer reaching-out to Chat/Support), and cancels Withdrawals without notice or reason..........those are valid "gripes", no?
