Try logging into your account. If your lifetime deposits are bigger than your lifetime withdrawals they might let you withdraw whatever the deposits minus withdrawals number is. Depending on what the number is probably.

Given that they confiscated hundreds of thousands from customers earlier this year and got a new affilliate deal recently, they can probably afford some small payments here and there. After shutting down accounts entirely they have now reinstated some accounts, including mine, but kept the funds...

Thanks for the show of solidarity, biggins. And of course it would be foolish of anyone to deposit with them when they can decide to rob you at any time. Unlike what it says in that POS Phil's message, they have also not given reasons for stiffing customers, just said "management decision"...

Bookmaker complete nonsense void citing "error line"

When BMR can't even bother to look into a dispute with the industry leader, you wonder what the point of them is.

The comments are filled with players calling them scammers and thiefs. I'm not sure they thought this resuming tweeting thing through.

After going dark in September and not tweeting for 9 months, which at least I saw as a sign that they had no money to pay their social media guy, these guys are now back tweeting as if nothing happened. https://x.com/SportsbookJazz

Bookmaker complete nonsense void citing "error line"

I've managed to have "obvious wrong line" voids regraded with Bookmaker once someone sensible has had a look, but I've also had a few where they've provided nonsense reasoning, stopped responding and I've just given up in the end. I never got SBR involved in any of these with Bookmaker, but...

Bookmaker complete nonsense void citing "error line"

BMR doing nothing as usual I see. It's a shame SBR shifted focus from un-regulated books to books licensed in the US. What we feared, that this meant we'd have no-one to stand up for us if there was a dispute against an un-regulated book is absolutely how it turned out.

OSGA not responding. BMR suspended Jazz's rating but has still not put up a new report with a correct rating which should be F. Jazz's sister site ABC Islands still has a B rating here. It's easy to be a scammer in this business, not really any consequences despite stealing over a million...

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

Pinnacle. Betfair. It's of course entirely up to books what rules to use but it should be clear. I wouldn't call voiding ML bets on retirements an industry standard, although most books do. Bettors Den has perhaps not done something wrong here, it depends on how clear it is that the 3rd party...

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

I spent too much time on this, but apparently they settle prematch bets (main board) and live bets (3rd party platform) differently. This is the rules for their live platform, see attachment. Not greatly written, but my interpretation is that ML bets need to completed to have action and...

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

That's a horseshit excuse from them and there's no ground for this grading in their rules. Your bet should be graded as a winner. Hopefully BMR can help. There should be no grey area, most books have very clear rules on retirements.

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

No, all books have different rules. This one has poorly written rules, but it sounds like one set needs to be completed for wagers to have action.

Did you contact them already? If so what did they say?

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

What makes you say obviously live bets voided? I see nothing in their rules that suggests different grading depending on if bets were placed prematch or live, I know some books do. The only scenario I would see them void live is if bets are placed after the retirement (10.7). Unless I'm missing...

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

It's so poorly worded, but I think with 10.4 they mean that if a player retires, they pay out on who advances as long as the first set is completed and settle as no action if the retirement takes plays before the 1st set is completed. For walkovers, they settle as no action since the 1st set...

When was the bet placed btw? Prematch? During either of the first two sets? After the 2nd set?
  18. caramba

    AVOID BETTORSDEN

no, not at all. Score at the time of retirement has no relevance btw, as long as the 1st set has been completed. The rules are actually very poorly written and confusing (for instance 10.3 and 10.4 has contradictory rules, one saying markets having action once a ball has been served and the...
