I am interested in this too. There is clearly a LOT more to this story. The only issue I've had with this book is micky mouse terms on bonuses and it being confusing/annoying to get through it. Bonus acceptance has implications on when and how much you can cash out, and that sucks a fat one.

Did Bookmaker Review respond to you? Do you have these messages from them? Would think this $14,800 issue is what BookmakerReviews lives to help with... so if there is no response from them or no help, I think we aren't getting all the details from you.

You got the tilt part right. I got so tilted by them just telling me about it that I questioned their integrity in chat lol.

the 30 day hold is mind boggling. are they having trouble paying winners? why hold players funds after they cleared rollover?
