No that is not true I was never told of any deleay You can request an ach withdrawl without talking to customer service Appreciate you checking in with them but it’s over for me Also forum members like aikman.tr should not be part of any forum where collectively we are trying to fix...

But they could not keep the 10 business day ach max due to processor issues and it was my responsibility to contact them and not vice versa for an explanation

Anyone else waiting over 10 days for an ach payout? Was told that it was a processor issue. Normally i get these within 5 business days but never this long .
