There was some back and forth about a wager grading disagreement. Customer service rep didn’t seem to understand at first but it got resolved pretty quickly in my favor so I’ll definitely give them credit for that. Only drawback is they take a lot longer to pay than other top books.
I was surprised to see they paid me same day on the weekend after I had a pretty good run live betting baseball. I’d rate them higher if their software wasn’t a bit clunky but they are supposed to get a new website soon. Excited to see it.
I hit a nice future on Scottie to win the Open. Hadn’t played since football season. I forgot how quickly their payments hit your wallet. For sure less than 30 minutes. Five stars for me. Only book I’d rate that high.
