They got me with this a year ago. Got up to $40,000 and then they temp disabled my account after attempting a wdraw. Then took my bonus ($20,000). Never logged in again

Heard they have gotten bad with payouts and limiting bet size during rollover. Anyone know if this is still the case?

I think people deemed non-recreational arn't getting paid from what i can work out. I have just gotten an email from them saying to contact them about the payment - so lets see what happens

Went on live chat - they are saying they "can now not process payouts at all but they will keep me updated" I had a whole transcript I was going to send which is extremely concerning but I tried to send twice to my email but received nothing and then live chat went blank

Got a balance of $13k. Been 3 weeks and still haven't gotten my $1k payout. It's been decided that i'm a non recreational player, aka someone that's positive. Going to take me a year to get this money out! But at least I don't have 400k in there I guess :0

I press submit bet, it waits for 10 odd seconds, and more than 70% of the time they change their line and don't place the bet. I understand happening occasionally, but this is crazy. Happened for 7 bets In a row so decided to make a post. Is anyone else experiencing this or have I been marked...

They disabled your betpoints but still give you 20% reloads? Never heard of them doing that before
