Asking to resubmit the same documents multiple times, no access to my account. Taking 3 months to approve a utility bill while holding your money hostage is an insane thing to do. Book should be rated D.
This is wild that bovada, who has a pretty good reputation, treats its customers like this. With my case and others I am hoping its mostly corporate incompetence. To keep people in the dark for months at a time, holding their money, isn't right.
