I've been scammed 20k. Bitcoin processor problems for over 18 months. Friends also been scammed

I got a confirmed bet message the other day, refreshed and realised it wasn't even placed.

Scam book. Stole 20k from me saying bitcoin processor problems for a year until they just ignored me all together. Friend also lost 15k at the same time

Do not deposit! Have over $10,000 in there that they are refusing to give out from about 13months ago. Firstly bitcoin processing problems and now just getting aired on live chat. Multiple friends with accounts have exactly the same problems. Scam book
