Yes they work off commission. Back in the day when I worked at youwager we were paid 3% on all deposits and 5% on initial. No sales-no paycheck!

As for poster "PIMIKE" I new you well from Heritage, you were always a standup guy. This behavior from BAS just started the past 6 months when the "new owners" took over. I'll stick with credible books like Jazz or Heritage. I've done my part, sent out my experience, nothing more to say.
