nitrobetting, which i deposited 11/8 and complied with the KYC process, has my account and funds on hold since . Also emails and live chat were not responded at all, total ignorance along the way

i am still getting no response since 12/7 at all, no email reply , nothing

i have sent in required documents for over 4 weeks but the website security team will not respond. lastly i have told them to either let me use the account or refund my deposit. However no replies or update to my emails over a week.
