Complaints

If you have attempted to resolve a problem with an online betting site without success or feel that you have been treated unfairly, please tell us by submitting the form below. We will look into the issue and try to help getting it resolved.

Please bear in mind that:

*We intervene only in presence of a real deadlock between a bookmaker and a player and when all available methods of resolving the dispute directly have been exhausted.

*The information submitted will be forwarded to the bookmaker. Provide us all the available details and evidence.

*This service is free of charge.

*We do not do this for financial gain; we can only do this as time permits.

*We cannot guarantee a positive resolution. While most betting sites have an interest in resolving problems, we may not be very effective with the bookmakers in the Red List. Many of them simply refuse to answer our e-mails and phone calls.

*We do NOT tolerate player fraud and bonus cheaters. If you know that you are committing player fraud or cheating on a bonus, please do not bother submitting the complaint.

*If you joined the bookmaker through a betting portal or a betting forum, make sure to inform them that you are having problems with one of their sponsors.

*We ensure confidentiality regarding all communications at all times.

27-03-2007 We had to take down the complaint form as it was being abused to send out spam messages. At this point we can't say when and if the form will go back up. If you need assistance, please send an e-mail to feedback (at) bookmakersreview.com including the following info:

Your full name; Your e-mail address; Bookmaker url; Your username / account number (no password please); Detailed description of complaint; Name of bookmaker representative that you communicated with.

Our involvement in the betting industry has been mainly as online betting enthusiasts. The adavantage of not being industry operators is that we are able to maintain objectivity and common sense while examining matters. Our aim is a better understanding between bookmakers and punters. We recommend bookmakers for clarity in their rules and consistency in their acts; we point out to punters common types of invalid bets and unacceptable actions. For those of you who appreciate the efforts, please support us by opening a new betting account at any of our recommended online sportsbooks and betting exchanges through our links and banners.
