Boston has been one of the best teams in the NBA lately and has climbed two 2nd place in the Atlantic, four games ahead of Toronto. They have covered the spread in three of their last five games.

Jayson Tatum was brilliant in Sunday’s win, registering a whopping 54 points. The 24-year old small forward has now scored at least 30 points in three straight performances and features an average of 26.5 PPG and 8.2 RPG on the season. Jaylen Brown has shot over 60% in two out of his last three bouts.

The 25-year old shooting guard has tallied an average of 23.2 PPG and 6.2 RPG. Marcus Smart has scored 13 or more points in four consecutive games. The 28-year old point guard has filed an average of 11.9 PPG and 5.6 APG.

The Charlotte Hornets conclude a three-game homestand in this one. They have been inconsistent recently but are usually competitive in the losses. Charlotte has gone to OT in three out of their last seven games and lost all three.

They tallied a 123-117 home win over the Spurs on Saturday and then the Nets on Tuesday night. The Hornets have covered the spread in three out of their last five.

Miles Bridges has scored 17 or fewer points in three straight games entering Tuesday night. The 23-year old small forward is averaging 19.7 PPG and 7.2 RPG. He has not fared well from beyond the arc where he is shooting 30%.

LaMelo Ball is playing well and scored 24 points in the recent win vs. the Spurs. The 20-year old point guard is having a terrific season, recording 19.7 PPG and 6.9 APG. Terry Rozier has scored 28 and 23 points respectively in his two games against the Celtics. The 27-year old shooting guard has tallied an average of 19.4 PPG.

The Celtic have been one of the better road teams in the NBA lately, winning five out of their last six road clashes overall. Boston is averaging 109.6 points on the season, ranking them 16th in the NBA. They are limiting opponents to only 104.1 points, placing them 3rd.
