Aoriqileng (20-11-0) has suffered a disappointing beginning to his UFC tenure, losing two consecutive bouts. However, the Chinese prospect was pitted against two exceptional up-and-coming flyweight contenders, and there's no shame in losing to Jeff Molina or Cody Durden.

Cameron Else (10-5-0) was mauled by Kyler Phillips in his promotional debut, and before this, he was riding an extremely padded win streak. I don't want to insult Else's win streak before entering the UFC, but the combined record of those six fighters is 8-16.
Aoriqileng is exceptionally talented in all facets of the game; he owns an underrated wrestling offense and utilizes his straight punches very well. These two attributes alone will be enough to nullify any offense that Else can present.
The available UFC odds favor Aoriqileng, but I'm surprised this line hasn't shifted into the -300/400 zone. Recency bias is obviously taking effect, but Else presents zero danger to Aoriqileng, in my opinion, and this price tag is a steal.

UFC Featherweight Preliminary Card Bout
Saturday, April 23, 2022 – 08:05 PM EDT at UFC Apex
On paper, Marc-Andre Barriault (13-5-0) should find Jordan Wright as an easy victory to add to the record. The Canadian-born UFC middleweight returns two months following the first knockout loss of his career, which is notably the only worry I have for his success entering this bout.

Jordan Wright (12-2-0) is a one-round fighter or bust, and throughout 14 professional MMA contests, he's never reached the judge's scorecards. He'll be hunting for a finish inside five minutes, and if this doesn't come to fruition, the "Beverly Hills Ninja" will be in jeopardy.
The available UFC odds with Bookmakers Review are in support of Barriault, and rightfully so. With that said, Wright presents a danger to anyone in the first round, and we don't know how Barriault has handled the first knockout loss of his career that took place a mere two months ago.
Wright's overall skillset doesn't impress me at all, but this contest is simple – Wright will land a winging strike inside the first round and finish it, or he'll eventually wilt, and Barriault will pound him out or find a submission in round two or three.
