Veteran righty Nathan Eovaldi (8-5, 3.62 ERA, 1.06 WHIP) will take the bump for the Rangers after getting tagged for five runs on seven hits over five innings in a 7-2 loss to his former team, the Boston Red Sox.
It was a disappointing first start in August after posting solid numbers in July with the Rangers winning five of his six starts.
