Good evening men,

I'm a big tennis nut, and the hardcourts on the run up to the US Open are some of my favorite tennis of the year. Was hoping for some discussion of we have some tennis fans here, but otherwise I'll try to come on here periodically and make a few plays and have some fun. I typically post across the street, but wouldn't mind doing some more posting over here!

Rinderknech +155
Fognini -171
Kwon -101
Popyrin +133

Over in Washington I would lean Kyrgios -4 but that seems like a sucker bet so I'm laying off and just watching. I do a lot of work with probability in tennis and my stuff doesn't do so hot with spreads. I have Kyrgios at -490 and no value on either side of that bet obviously.

Thanks for the plays

Having you post more here would be fantastic, you obviously know your tennis
I appreciate it. Like I said this is my favorite part of the year in tennis - the hardcourt series toward the US Open. I'm from Atlanta and I had the opportunity to go to the Atlanta Open for a couple of days 2 weeks ago, and watching the players on the hardcourt always brings me back to my childhood. Let's see if I can take that and actually win a bet or two :)

I don't usually weigh my plays but I like Schwartzman a lot to right the ship today. His clay court season wasn't great, but he's a better player than he's been playing. He has a 3-0 record lifetime against Fokina - all on hard court - and it's only ever been a close match one time. I think he handles business today.

Molcan... he just kinda hangs around with these guys. I had a lot of success tailing him on clay so far this year. That's his better surface, for sure, but I think the wrong player is favored here. I do think it'll be a close match though, so I would tread a little lightly.

Kid had a great clay court season, and hard court is probably his better surface. Playing against Khachanov who's probably a better player overall, but much more of a grass court guy and not as hot as Cerundolo kids. I like taking the Argentinian kids when they're playing in the New World.

They were here in Atlanta two weeks ago and I went. Got tickets from the job. I had to bitch out and sit in the suite though.... it was almost 100 degrees out there. Screw that noise. The Ketel Sodas were on special for $16 though (y) lol

Watching Serena right now waiting on this rain delay. That woman is practically glued to the floor nowadays. Can still bomb it, but can't move more than 5 feet.

It looks like Ray Lewis playing a match against Steph Curry out there today. :)
