Have a family member or whoever you spend your most time with take a CPR course or get a DNR. We are sports gambler and our hearts are abused more than others stressing games. Wow, has technology changed. True story: Received a call from a co-worker this week that her husband had a heart attack in bed. She immediately started chest compressions until paramedics came 7 minutes later. She didn't think he made it as he laid lifeless and still had no idea 2 days later when she called me. Paramedics used a device to cool him down and put him in a medical coma. Few days later they warmed him up and he responded to stimulation and is alive.
Amazing. So if you do not want to live after having an event like that than you will want to get a DNR because the hospital will do everything to keep you alive. If you want to live than have the people around you know CPR or at the very least keep chest compressions going until help comes. With today's technology you never know.

Wow! I never knew they could do something like that. Very interesting
Incredible. She thought they would would never see him again. Still a battle but with todays pacemakers and meds you can survive. Get that DNR though if you don't want to live like that otherwise you will wake up with all kinds of tubes hooked up to you till they get your straight.

Good advice Enikk, also if possible to eat healthier and don't smoke, never too late to be healthier👍
True, but I am like Bobby and like to eat. Practice what you preach they say and no one would take me serious on that subject. :lmao::lmao::lmao:As far as smoking, I did quit in 2010. It was a nasty habit mostly out of boredom being a machinist at the time. Even than I hated the smell of my fingers/clothing or after taste and would pop a lifesaver mint afterward. I do miss having a cig with coffee or a beer or even after a big meal. I wasn't a heavy smoker just a 1/2 pack to a pack a day and usually just on long car rides or at work. Never in the house. I like the smell of being near a smoker but not in a room full of it. Just nasty. favorite smoking song while driving was Guns and Roses November Rain. Long song that would finish around same time as the cigg.

That's good you did quit Enikk, I know many who are still trying to quit, and November Rain is an awesome song probably their best song too haha🤘

Great story and advice Enikk.

To add, do regular exercise and healthy diet. Make and eat your food as if it is your vitamins or it will come a time that you will take your vitamins as your food.
