Over the course of a day, James Langdon was arrested on suspicion of trespassing, burglary, and vandalism in Glendale, California.

Maybe it is the drugs on the west coast. I personally have noticed heroin being more of an issue on east coast and Meth on the west coast in the locations I have been.
