yeah, some stretches

Derrick Henry? he played half the year and came back and finished in the playoffs

Mitch Trubisky? he just was a back up, no injury, right?

Lamar Jackson? he played a good 10+ games
Exactly, Henry was the 1st name to pop out to me. Having the best rb in the league on the list just because he didn't play a full season doesn't make sense. A player like Barkly yes.

Be interested to see what qualifies.

I guess it can be given to someone that really sucked and got better. open to interpretation.

The National Football League Comeback Player of the Year Award refers to a number of awards that are given to a National Football League (NFL) player who has shown perseverance in overcoming adversity, in the form of not being in the NFL the previous year, a severe injury, or simply poor performance.[1] The awards have been presented by several organizations, including the Associated Press (AP), Pro Football Writers Association (PFWA), Sporting News, and United Press International (UPI).

Doesn't really make sense but if they're on the list they are eligible

Lamar Jackson looking pretty good I'm gonna see if that price is still available
