The UFC returns to Vegas on November 5, 2022, and we’re gearing up for a highly stacked fight night event.

Dissimilar to UFC Vegas 63, Flyweight and bantamweight weight classes are the majority this weekend as the heavier divisions are mostly absent for this event.

Are we going to see a common trend of fights going the distance? Or will the lighter weighted fighters prove they own the finishing ability of the big boys?

The event is headlined by a women’s strawweight clash between Marina Rodriguez and Amanda Lemos. UFC odds are now available for us to dive into some perfect prop betting picks.

Marina Rodriguez vs. Amanda Lemos

UFC Vegas 64 Women’s Strawweight Bout

Saturday, November 5, 2022 – 06:00 PM EDT at UFC Apex

Brazilian heart epitomizes the career of Marina Rodriguez (16-1-2) as the women’s strawweight standout will return to the octagon on Saturday with a 19-fight professional MMA record that’s seen avoid a KO/TKO or submission stoppage in every one of those contests.

The Muay Thai offensive style Rodriguez owns can often cause the opposition to remain cautious, and while her striking credentials are top-notch, she’s reached the judges’ scorecards in 8 of her 9 UFC contests.

Fellow Brazilian Amanda Lemos (12-2-0) is equally as tough, and despite losing two of her UFC bouts via submission and TKO, the level of competition she’s faced has been elite.

She will own a grappling advantage in the shape of her jiu-jitsu offense, but primarily she’s shown to be a striker and should give Rodriguez the style of fight she desires.

Rodriguez vs. Lemos: Fight Breakdown

So long as Rodriguez doesn’t get brave and attempt to switch her Muay Thai clinches into takedowns, I expect a five-round war of exchanges on the feet.

The power of Lemos will only be present for the first few rounds, and Rodriguez has the durability to avoid any mishaps.

Rodriguez is a volume striker over power, and Lemos is a tough nut to crack. As both ladies will be representing their nation of Brazil, we’re likely to witness extra caution from both camps, which could result in a complete five-round battle.

Rodriguez vs. Lemos: Odds and Prediction

The UFC odds with top-rated sportsbooks show value on this fight reaching the judges’ scorecards, and if recent trends are helpful, Rodriguez is hot property for those betting on the over.

This fight will go the distance, and we anticipate a tight split decision in favor of Rodriguez, whose volume striking will be the difference-maker.

Mario Bautista vs. Benito Lopez

UFC Vegas 64 Bantamweight Bout

Saturday, November 5, 2022 - 03:00 PM EDT at UFC Apex

Mario Bautista (10-2-0) made Brian Kelleher look like an amateur fighter last time out, and he’s been nothing but sheer entertainment, win or lose, since joining the promotion in 2019.

In one of the most talent-stacked divisions in the UFC, it won’t be simple for Bautista to make a name for himself, but he’s undoubtedly on the right path to doing so.

It’s been three long years since we’ve seen Benito Lopez (10-1-0), but the Team Alpha Male prospect is now 28-years-old and could return as a wholly revamped fighter.

Before his absence from competition, Lopez was, similarly to Bautista, known for an entertaining style and kill-or-be-killed attitude.

Bautista vs. Lopez: Fight Breakdown

While I understand there’s a small hype around Bautista due to his previous performance, the odds are completely disrespecting Lopez.

With such a long layoff, it’s a coin flip on how he’ll return to active competition.

That said, this contest has the potential to be fight of the night. And with a struggle for bantamweight ranking supremacy on the line, I don’t envision this contest reaching the judges’ scorecards.

Of course, we’re going against the trend of lighter weight classes going the distance, but these two men equally own the tools necessary to stop this fight abruptly.

Bautista vs. Lopez: Odds and Prediction

The UFC odds with Bookmaker Review have placed plus-money on the under 2.5 rounds, and I like it.

Bautista’s career has seen 70% of his bouts ending inside the distance, and Lopez's contests have been 50/50 regarding KO/submission versus decision outcomes.

I like our chances on the under with two dangerous bantamweight throwing flying knees, spinning elbows, and slick submissions.
