The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns for another pay-per-view event for a live crowd in Glendale, Arizona. The UFC odds are now available for us to delve into some perfect parlay UFC Picks for UFC 263 – headlined by a middleweight title fight between Israel Adesanya and Marvin Vettori competing live on ESPN.

Belal Muhammad vs. Demian Maia

UFC Welterweight Bout

Saturday, June 12, 2021 – 11:00 PM EDT at the Gila River Arena

The Fighters

There is no discrediting the career of Demian Maia, but we have to be honest – the grappling legend seems to be declining in his old age. And sure, a loss to Gilbert Burns is not shameful, but his previous win against Ben Askren was very lacklustre.

Watching a 43-year-old Maia struggle to strike against one of the UFC's weakest punchers in Ben Askren is concerning. Maia has never been the most remarkable offensive striker but facing a younger, strapping opponent like Belal could cause him many problems.

Belal "Remember the Name" Muhammad has been known as the ultimate pressure fighter, but I think he can finally relax during this weekend's contest where all he'll need to do, is avoid exchanges on the ground.

Sprawling the spammed takedown attempts from should be M.O, and Belal has proven a fantastic all-around martial arts game that should provide enough takedown defence to keep this fight standing.

The Perfect Parlay Pick

I'm not particularly keen on the current odds, which is why Belal is the perfect parlay addition, in my opinion. I believe it is time to start fading Maia against all contenders unless they provide a questionable takedown defence. In addition, Belal has never been submitted, which I believe is the only path for Maia to claim victory.

The available UFC odds with Bookmaker Review are quite juiced to fade such a dangerous Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. Still, I do anticipate a clear unanimous victory for his opponent.

Matt Frevola vs. Terrance McKinney

UFC Lightweight Bout

Saturday, June 12, 2021 - 10:35 PM EDT at Gila River Arena

The Fighters

On short notice, Terrance McKinney will step up to face Matt Frevola in replace of Frank Camacho.

McKinney will have his work cut out for him during his UFC debut; in losing to Sean Woodson and Darrick Minner, it's blatant that McKinney fails once the level of competition is raised.

However, the finishing ability of Illinois native is very present, and his ability to finish fights from his southpaw stance has been strong during his professional career. A division II wrestling background for McKinney may want to avoid utilizing against the elite wrestler in Frevola.

Matt Frevola knows what he's good at, and he's now faced with a fighter in Terrance McKinney that fought last week! That's a turnaround I don't fancy backing.

Coming off a loss to Arman Tsarukyan is no shame for Frevola, as previously, his wrestling offence has been dominant against formidable strikers like Luis Pena and Jalin Turner.

Perfect Parlay Prediction

I love the matchup for Frevola because his opponent will be headhunting, and we all know that wrestling can dominate fights. Sure, the striking of Frevola isn't the greatest, but his cardio and wrestling pressure should dictate the outcome of this fight.

McKinney is used to finishing fights fast; what happens if Frevola drags him past the 7-minute mark. I envision the gas tank of Frevola will reign supreme
