Minaur vs. Draper Player Matchup and Stats

It should be interesting to see how often each player is able to dictate the forehand to backhand crosscourt rallies. Alex de Minaur has an excellent backhand and it should fare well against Draper's forehand. De Minaur's big advantage will be going with his forehand to Draper's backhand.

Minaur vs. Draper Betting Analysis

This is a fun match-up with both players finding their form at the right time. Both players really upped their level of play at Eastbourne, and come into this tournament playing exceptionally well. Both players looked excellent in their first-round wins.

This should be a typical grasscourt matchup for Alex de Minaur. De Minaur often is tasked with going against a bigger serving, more powerful player. Yet his advantage in quickness, court coverage, and point construction shine through quite often. De Minaur will need to be strategic in the match today.

Jack Draper's first serve percentage will be crucial for him if he wants to get the win today. Alex de Minaur will definitely feast on second serves.

If Draper is not able to land his first serve consistently it will be a big advantage to the rock-solid Australian. Jack Draper needs to make sure that he rises to the occasion and does not succumb to pressure, especially on his service games.

Minaur vs. Draper Best Bet

I like Alex de Minaur to get the win here today. Jack Draper has been an excellent story, playing well in his home country but Alex De Minaur is the more accomplished grass player who I can trust more.

De Minaur should have a huge advantage in any extended rally. Other than a serving clinic put on by Draper, de Minaur should have the skills, pedigree, defensive acumen, and experience to prevail. Our bet for today's Wimbledon match is Alex De Minaur -3.5 games as shown on the ATP odds board.
