The quarterfinals are here for the Internazionali BNL d’Italia in Rome. We have plenty of high-profile players facing off in what should be another excellent day of tennis. Let’s take a look at these matches to find more winning tennis picks.

Jannik Sinner is definitely enjoying playing at home. Sinner, the 20-year-old Italian, is ranked 13th in the world. Sinner's best surface is clay, and he has enjoyed the opportunity to showcase his skills in front of his home fans.
Sinner has only dropped one set in the three matches to arrive in today's quarterfinal. Sinner was pushed to three sets by fellow Italian Fabio Fognini. Overall it has been an excellent performance here in Rome for Sinner and he is making the most of his opportunities.
Stefanos Tsitsipas has played a lot of tennis as of late, making the finals in Madrid before falling to Alexander Zverev. Tsitsipas is another player that is at his best on the clay. The clay makes it harder for opponents to hit through Tsitsipas' one-handed backhand.
On hard courts, players can often neutralize Tsitsipas' one-handed backhand, but on the clay, he has plenty of time. Also, the way to clay accentuates the topspin makes his backhand much more effective. Tsitsipas has also done an excellent job of serving.
Here in Rome, the serve is neutralized by the slow nature of the clay, but Tsitsipas’ serve is powerful enough to create an advantage with most of his first serves. Tsitsipas' well-rounded attack and ability to defend have served him well so far during the European clay-court swing.
Jannik Sinner and Stefanos Tsitsipas have played each other four times, with Tsitsipas winning three of the four encounters. They most recently played at the Australian Open where Tsitsipas got an easy straight-set victory.
Tsitsipas also defeated him in Barcelona last year on the clay. Their 2 previous meetings were here in Rome. Sinner won in 2020 and Tsitsipas prevailed in 2019. All of Stefanos Tsitsipas' wins have been in straight sets, while Sinner needed three sets in his victory over Tsitsipas.
I think Jannik Sinner has a great chance to get the upset victory here today. Sinner is playing his best tennis and is definitely using the home conditions to his advantage. Tsitsipas could be dealing with some fatigue after the long week of tennis he played last week and playing every day this week has not helped the cause.
I also like this match to go 'over'. I think that this match will be hard-fought and will most likely be a three-set affair. We have two best bets for the first match. I like Jannik Sinner's moneyline and 'over' 21.5 games as available on the ATP odds board.

The wins keep rolling in for Iga Swiatek. With her victory over Victoria Azarenka, Swiatek has recorded 25 straight victories. Her last loss was in February to Jelena Ostapenko in Doha. During his dominating run, Swiatek has only lost 5 sets. With Ash Barty out of the picture, Swiatek is clearly the world's best tennis player.
Iga Swiatek has an amazing break percentage of 55.4%. No matter who she is facing, opponents are struggling to hold their serve against this clay court genius. Swiatek has a beautifully well-rounded game.
She can play defense with the best players in the world but will switch to the offense when the situation arises. And when she has switched to offense, many players have found it tough to deal with her unique blend of power and position.
Bianca Andreescu looked to be taking over the tennis world in 2020 before a slew of injuries limited her time on the court and hampered her ability to properly prepare for tennis matches.
Andreescu has worked herself back into competitive shape, and after missing most of the earlier hard-court swing this season, Andreescu is trying to find her form on clay, which is not her naturally best surface.
Still, Andreescu's undeniable talent has shined through and we are seeing what led her to be one of the top players in the game before her spate of injuries. Bianca Andreescu also has an all-court game, although her offense is probably just a little better and our defense is slightly worse than her opponent today.
Regardless of who is across the net, you need to bet on Iga Swiatek. This is an unprecedented run right now that we have not seen since the likes of Serena Williams, Steffi Graf, or Martina Navratilova.
Swiatek has vaulted herself into the names of the all-time greats with this current run. And there's no reason to think that she will slow down anytime soon. Swiatek is at the top right now and all the other players are gunning to take her down. But when she plays like this, there is no one in the world who can do it.
Maybe on a hard court, Andreescu would have a chance but not here on Iga’s preferred surface of the clay. Our bet for this high-profile WTA match is Iga Swiatek -1.5 games.
WTA Pick: Iga Swiatek - 1.5 (-210) with Heritage Sports (visit our Heritage Sports Review)
