Napoli vs. Atalanta Information

  • Where: Stadio Diego Armando Maradona
  • Win/Loss Record (Last 5): Napoli L/W/W/W/W – Atalanta D/L/L/W/L

Napoli vs. Atalanta Stats, Odds, & Prediction

  • Under 2.5 goals were scored in Atalanta’s previous 3 Serie A away games
  • Napoli is unbeaten in 27 of their previous 29 domestic games
  • Under 2.5 goals were scored in Napoli’s last 3 Serie A meetings

Maintaining a Dominant Lead in the Division

Before last weekend’s Serie A festivities, Napoli had suffered just one defeat from 24 domestic appearances. They owned an 18-point lead on second-placed Inter Milan, and they were all but guaranteed a trophy-lifting season behind such a dominant run. However, an in-form Lazio squad visited the Diego Armando Maradona and handed Luciano Spalletti’s men a rare home defeat.

Napoli fans will be hoping it’s just a glitch in the system because a domestic losing streak during this time of the season would undoubtedly make the Serie A title chase intriguing. That said, Napoli had previously won seven consecutive games and dominated this term’s final third with 58 goals – 12 more than the second-best goal-scoring team Inter Milan.

Serie A Matchday 26 Betting Odds & Predictions

Napoli has won the previous two encounters with Atlanta, and the visitors have collected just one win from their last six overall – including four losses during this stretch. More worryingly for Gian Piero Gasperini’s men, they’ve lost three of their previous four away games.

With a plethora of attacking talent at their disposal and a level of consistency that’s barely matched by any squad in Europe, backing Napoli to take their 11th home victory from their last 13 at a reasonable price of -147 is an excellent wagering position.

Unsurprisingly, the Serie A odds are gifting bettors an excellent price on the Napoli moneyline. The home side has scored 31 goals on home soil this season. Despite losing to Lazio last weekend, the game-winner was unfortunate as it was the Biancocelestis’ only shot on target as the Partenopei overwhelmed their opponents in possession statistics.

Score prediction: Napoli 2 – Atalanta 0

Soccer Pick: Napoli ML (-147) at Heritage Sports

Real Madrid vs. Espanyol Information

  • When: Saturday, March 11, 2023 – 08:00 AM EST
  • Where: Santiago Bernabeu
  • Win/Loss Record (Last 5): Real Madrid D/L/D/W/W – Espanyol L/W/W/L/D

Real Madrid vs. Espanyol Stats, Odds, & Prediction

  • Real Madrid has gone 15 straight games unbeaten on home soil
  • Espanyol has won just 4 of their last 31 La Liga away games
  • Under 2.5 goals were scored in 4 of Real Madrid’s previous 5 games
  • Under 3.5 goals were scored in 4 of Espanyol’s last 5 games

Finding Their Form in Spain

Drawn fixtures against Atletico de Madrid and Real Betis in between a Copa del Rey defeat at the hands of Barcelona haven’t increased confidence in the Real Madrid camp lately. A 5-2 thumping over Liverpool in the Champions League should, however, ease their mind ahead of the second leg scheduled at the Bernabeu this Wednesday.

Still, the recent drop in form on Spanish soil is allowing Barcelona to extend its gap at the summit. They’re now reaching must-win situations to stand a chance of defending the La Liga title, as their league-leading rivals could take a 12-point lead if Los Blancos fail to claim three points on Saturday.

La Liga Matchday 25 Betting Odds & Predictions

Espanyol has delivered a below-par season thus far and shouldn’t present much threat behind a mere four wins from their previous 15 La Liga outings. Furthermore, Diego Martinez’s men have netted just 30 goals this term, seven of their last 11 away games have seen two or fewer strikes on goal, and they’ve picked up just two points when facing top six teams on their travels.

Unsurprisingly, the La Liga odds favor Real Madrid to take all three points. We agree with this stance, but to heighten our odds, expecting less than four goals from two teams involved in countless games with under 3.5 goals as of late adds significant value.

Score prediction: Real Madrid 3 – Espanyol 0

Soccer Pick: Real Madrid & U3.5 (-118) at Everygame
