Positivity continues to lower in the Liverpool camp, as they’ve now recorded three consecutive EPL meetings without a win. They were held to a 0-0 draw against Chelsea last time out, and we’ve seen three wins, two draws, and three losses in all competitions post-World Cup.
Jurgen Klopp’s men have netted 19 goals in their last six games. However, there’s no excuse for Liverpool’s below-average campaign, and it’s challenging to expect them to defend their FA Cup crown successfully.
Repeating Domestic Success
Confidence levels for Roberto De Zerbi and company will be exceptionally high as they welcome Liverpool to the AMEX on Sunday. However, the EPL fixture that saw Brighton collect a 3-0 win over the Reds marked the first win they’d secured over Klopp’s men in four meetings.
