Tottenham Hotspurs vs. Manchester City

Sunday, February 5, 2023 – 11:30 AM EST at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium

Erling Haaland (Manchester City)

  • Anytime Goalscorer

Nine points separate the home team Tottenham and the visitors' Manchester City, and if that wasn’t bad enough Tottenham has played one game extra, so there's potentially going to be a much bigger gap between the two teams in the coming weeks.

As we stated many times before, if Erling Haaland is ever (-130) or better to score anytime then this is a must-bet as he is one of the most prolific goal scorer’s in the world right now.

Despite failing to score against Arsenal last time out, he bagged himself a hat-trick against Wolves in just sixty minutes in the previous EPL game as well scoring against today's very opponents when these teams met less than two weeks ago which resulted in a 4-2 Manchester City win.

Big Man on Fire

Haaland tops almost all the major charts as he is ranked first in the following…

  • Scored the most goals in the EPL thus far this season having had 25 goals in 19 games,
  • Scores 1.45 goals per 90 minutes (Tottenham’s Harry Kane ranks second with 0.77 per 90).
  • Haaland also tops all the xG charts having had the most expected goals in the league in 90 minutes and has seen the most xG on target.
  • The only stat he hasn’t topped the charts is overall shots on target per game sitting at 2.3 compared to Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez at 2.5 (although Nunez has played 5 games less so one would imagine coming to the end of the season, he will be topping this chart also.

Take Haaland to score again in this fixture, especially with Man City missing their second-highest scorer in Phil Foden. Haaland should get a ton of shots here and one or more is bound to find the back of the net against this shaky Spurs defense which has allowed the most goals inside the top 12 teams in the EPL.

Stay on top of the EPL odds for this game and other great English Premier League matchups.

ACF Fiorentina vs. Bologna FC 1909

Sunday, February 5, 2023 – 12:00 PM EST at Stadio Artemio Franchi

Sofyan Amrabat (ACF Fiorentina)

  • Anytime Booking

Fiorentina’s Moroccan midfielder Sofyan Amrabat has seen the most yellow cards on this roster by a long shot having had 8 compared to the second-highest who has only seen 4 in total.

Amrabat has also ranked second for most yellow cards in the entire Italian Serie A and commits 2.4 fouls per game, which again is ranked as the highest on this Fiorentina team.

Just two points separate these teams as we keep our eyes on Italian Serie A odds, so a feisty game is expected. Amrabat failed to pick up a card last time out so we are expecting him to possibly see one here at European Soccer betting odds of (+140) with BetOnline.

Bologna has been fouled on average 13.5 times on home soil this season, which is ranked as the 3rd most in the league right now.

FC Barcelona vs. Sevilla FC

Sunday, February 5, 2023 – 03:00 PM EST at Spotify Camp Nou

Erik Lamela (Sevilla FC)

  • Anytime Booking

Given the fact that Argentinian Erik Lamela isn’t necessarily a defensive player, he does pick up a lot of cards for an attacker/midfielder having had five yellow cards as well as one red in just 17 games played this season.

Lamela has also picked up 3.6 fouls per game which is the most by a long shot on this Sevilla roster with the second place highest coming in with just 2 fouls per game, with Lamela averaging almost double that.

Across all major competitions throughout his career Lamela has seen at least 62 yellow cards and 2 reds. From the research we could find, it’s definitely not any less and could be potentially more.

Lamela has picked up 2 cards in his previous 2 games and at (+150) we are very happy to bet on him to be cautioned in this matchup with a favorable referee in J. Sanchez who has handed out 5.27 yellow cards and 0.36 reds per game this season.

This is a BIG clash for Sevilla against table-toppers Barcelona so fouls and cards are to be expected. Stay on top of La Liga odds for all your betting needs.
