Unbelievably, we are getting Evgeny Kuznetsov to have 3+ game shots at a massive +130 with BetOnline. Under normal circumstances, these odds would seem about right considering he is only averaging 2.30 shots per game.

As we said, with no Ovechkin, we expect Kuznetsov to step up to the plate and be the one willing to take more shots, he did so last time without Ovechkin as he managed four shots on net against a defensively solid Carolina Hurricanes, and the last time he faced the Panthers, he finished with a league-high 8 shots.
The Florida Panthers allow the 4th most shots against in the entire NHL and win or lose we are more than happy to take this massive plus money available on the Capitals second highest shot taker to end the game with 3+ shots.

Carter Verhaeghe (Florida Panthers)

We could not believe our eyes when we saw the Florida Panthers' top goalscorer Carter Verhaeghe at +190 odds to score anytime, which was ranked as the sixth most likely on the NHL anytime goalscorer betting board.
Verhaeghe hasn’t scored 29 goals for nothing this season, and despite the Washington Capitals having somewhat of a decent defense, allowing only 2.82 goals per game, they are facing a Panthers team who take the most shots per game in the NHL, averaging 36.7 per night.
The Pick
Verhaeghe is currently going through a decent spell in front of the net, having scored in 8 of his previous 13 games; this is a pure and simple value play.
Win or lose, we are betting Verhaeghe to find the back of the net at +190 NHL odds all day long. To put the cherry on the cake, he banged in two goals against the Capitals when he last faced them.

Marchand has been the Bruins' second-highest point scorer this season despite playing less games than all the players below him in the team rankings. Averaging one point per game having scored 46 points in 45 games, we are happy to take Marchand at +110 to snap an assist tonight against the Nashville Predators.

Although Marchand has scored 16 goals, he has had 30 assists, and throughout his career has always been more of an assister than a goalscorer.
