With so many games on today’s NHL betting board, 12 in total, we found it relatively easy to come up with today’s parlay at +400.

We are targeting a road team to win as the Golden Knights pay a visit to Philadelphia, elsewhere we are looking at Arizona to cover the spread as home underdogs and finally, we believe goals can be expected in California as the San Jose Sharks and Columbus Blue Jackets come head to head.

Vegas Golden Knights vs. Philadelphia Flyers

Tuesday, March 14, 2023 – 07:00 PM EDT at Wells Fargo Center

Preview

The 41-26 Vegas Golden Knights are hoping for the fifth win of their previous six games as they play on the road tonight against a Philadelphia Flyers team who have all but downed tools having gone 2-8 in their previous 10 NHL games. Vegas sits top of the Western Conference by one point over the Dallas Stars and will be eager to hold that position with the final few weeks of the season fast approaching.

The Pick

The Golden Knights are one of the rare teams making a profit this season on the moneyline as they have combined for +5.1 units compared to their opponents Philadelphia who have produced -6.7 units of profit.

With that being said, the Flyers are the number one team ATS this season having gone 42-24. We advise laying the -140 NHL odds on the Golden Knights’ moneyline but stay clear of their -1.5 PK line as the Flyers like to keep things tight and ironically enough are 9-0 ATS all-time against the Golden Knights.

Calgary Flames vs. Arizona Coyotes

Tuesday, March 14, 2023 – 10:00 PM EDT at Mullett Arena

Preview

Both the Flames and Coyotes come into this NHL matchup having gone 4-6 over their previous 10 games. With neither team likely to make the playoffs (most definitely not Arizona) it will be interesting to see how much effort these teams put into the rest of the season.

Arizona is currently 13th in the Western Conference. Calgary resides in tenth at the moment and is at least 5/6 wins from getting back into the playoff race, there are 14 points separating the two teams.

The Pick

We are baffled as to why the Coyotes are such heavy underdogs on home ice. Firstly, all we need to do is look at their home form this season as they have the seventh-best in the Conference, and as a moneyline bet they have produced a small profit at +1.3 units, compared to Calgary which is a shocking -16.5 units this season when betting on the ML.

Most importantly Arizona has the ninth-best ATS record in the NHL while visiting Calgary has the 31st-worst. Despite Calgary covering the PK line in their previous three visits to Arizona, we are opposing that trend today. We will happily let the visiting Flames win by one goal here and still cash a winner at -125 for our NHL picks.

Columbus Blue Jackets vs. San Jose Sharks

Tuesday, March 14, 2023 – 10:30 PM EDT at SAP Center

Preview

Two of the worst teams right now in the NHL come head-to-head. This does make for a good betting proposition as both teams allow a combined 7.4 goals per game and their previous matchup saw the Blue Jackets win on home ice 8-5.

As things stand the Sharks are just 2-8 over their previous 10 games while the Blue Jackets are 3-7. San Jose sits bottom of the West while Columbus sits bottom of the East, this really is a battle between the two worst teams.

The Pick

With nothing to play for, we don’t see any reason why either of these teams will focus their efforts on defense tonight. Goals are expected in this encounter and both teams rank fourth overall within their conference for games that have seen 7+ goals. San Jose has seen an average of 7.2 goals scored in their previous five NHL home games while the Blue Jackets have seen 6.8 goals in their previous five road games.
