The Carolina Hurricanes lead the Metropolitan division by three points and have a game in hand, they are one of the stronger road teams in the NHL this season, having seen the 3rd best road form in the Eastern Conference with a 22-8-6 record.
This strong home form is key as winning games on the road is what the playoff series is all about. Most teams can pick up an easier win on home ice than on the road.

The Tampa Bay Lightning have fully secured their spot in the playoffs and can now relax a little and focus their attention on making a 4th Stanley Cup finals in a row.
We believe we are getting some small value here on the Lightning to make the Stanley Cup finals as their current odds are +1100, but we believe they have a 9% chance of making the finals and should be +1000.
Value
Although it’s only a small difference, its value at the best Florida sports betting sites in our eyes and this team has the know-how to reach the finals, as they proved last season when nobody gave them a chance.
Goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy has always been solid when it comes to the playoffs allowing only 2.52 goals per game as well as only allowing 1.9 the previous two seasons.
