Indianapolis Colts vs. Arizona Cardinals

Saturday, December 25, 2021 – 08:15 PM EDT at the State Farm Stadium

Indianapolis

The Colts are coming off of a 27-17 victory as a 2.5 point favorite against the New England Patriots.

In their victory, Indianapolis secured 365 total yards with 284 yards through the air and 81 yards on the ground.

Defensively, the Colts allowed New England to gain 275 total yards with 49 through the air and 226 yards rushing.

Overall, Indianapolis gained 5.3 yards per play and New England gained 5.6 yards per play.

Arizona

The Cardinals are coming off of a tough 30-12 defeat against the Lions as a wicked 13-point favorite.

In their loss, Arizona gained 298 total yards with 293 passing yards and 105 rushing yards. The Lions gained 338 total yards in their victory, with 212 passing yards and 126 rushing.

Overall, the Cardinals gained 5.5 yards per play and the Lions also gained 5.5 yards per play.

Prediction

I included this NFL Prediction in my Top NFL Picks video, and I will include it here as well.

The NFL Odds for this game are: Arizona Cardinals -1 (-108) at Heritage Sports.

I was a bit shocked to see plus money coming in on the Colts, but the Cardinals at home definitely have something to do with these odds. But I won’t complain, I’ll gladly take it.

Watching the Cardinals lose to one of the worst teams in the league really hurt, honestly. The Cardinals have a lot of potential talent, but at this point in the season, the Colts have more consistent talent than Arizona. And in regards to talent, the Cardinals are without DeAndre Hopkins. He could be back for the NFC Championship, but until then, I will continue to fade the Cardinals.

I envision the Colts winning and also covering the spread, so I will grab the +1 point with Indianapolis.
