The wait is over my fellow bettors! It’s Friday and good ol’ Ricky is back with his weekend cheat sheet. Now if you want the full slate breakdown from my buddy Swinging, click here!

So, after a couple of weeks of curating some of the best content from our BMR staff, some of you have asked me to curate some of my best picks so we’ll give the people what they want!

It’s December so we’ll start off with just the best of the NFL for this Sunday but next week Uncle Ricky will start putting together a cheat sheet for the Bowl Season so stay tuned!

With that PSA out of the way, let’s get into some NFL odds for Week 14 as the slate is embellished with some important divisional matchups. As a matter of fact, let’s start with one of those.

Las Vegas Raiders vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Sunday, December 12, 2021 – 01:00 PM EST at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium

Betting Preview

If you remember me from my playing days, then you must remember my fastball, cleverly named "The Terminator". Well, that's how I feel about the Chiefs in this game. Despite the 9.5 spread, I believe Andy Reid and Co. will annihilate the Raiders and it won't be a close one.

I feel even better about that when I see that 60% of the public is on the Raiders, according to BMR's top sportsbooks -although that number was way higher earlier during the day.

I know the first thing many are going to point out as my friend Swinger did, is that the Raiders are 5-1 ATS in their last six games as a road underdog, and while it's true that they feasted against the Cowboys at Jerry's playground, the truth of the matter is that this team is in shambles.

Last week they lost, at home, against the nameless team from Washington. In that game, I faded the silver and black. Do I believe that Washington is a good team? Not really, they've had a nice run but I don’t finish buying them...except against the Raiders.

Why? Vegas is 1-4 in their last five games and have just scored 16 points once during that span. So much for the second-best passing attack in the league…

With a banged-up Darren Waller and a lackluster running game, it all comes down to a matter of Derek Carr having a perfect game... and a little bit of luck. That takes me to the Chiefs. Who would have thought, a year ago, that the problem with this team is the offense and not the defense?

Betting Pick

The truth of the matter is that DC Steve Spagnuolo has made corrections to his scheme by moving DT Chris Jones Jr., which in turn has benefited Frank Clark in the pass-rushing department like our own Spread Astaire pointed out in his betting preview for this game.

The result? Since Josh Allen humiliated them on SNF, the Chiefs' secondary has only allowed an average of 228 passing yards per game. With Mahomes and company riding a five-game winning streak, look for Kansas City's offense to bounce back.

In their last five games, their best game was a 41-14 victory in Week 10. Against who you asked? Well, the Raiders of course. The matchup doesn't bode well for the Raiders’ defense and their offense is not trustworthy. Plus, according to my prediction model, the Chiefs should win by two touchdowns, so lay the points.

Baltimore Ravens vs. Cleveland Browns

Sunday, December 12, 2021 – 01:00 PM EST at FirstEnergy Stadium

Betting Preview

Baltimore literally comes into this game limping after suffering their biggest injury blow since losing OT Ronnie Stanley for the season, back in October. On top of losing to the Steelers, the Ravens also lost CB Marlon Humphrey. And still, Baltimore has been able to hang tight at the top of the AFC North with an 8-4 record.

Right now, they’re the #3 seed in the AFC, but after last week's divisional debacle the Ravens can't afford to slip up against one of the few teams they've been able to dominate recently.

The Brownies are not who we thought they would be, but they still have one of the best RB duos in the league despite recent injuries.

On top of that, Kevin Stefanski is all about smashmouth football, and despite Baker Mayfield's average play, Cleveland has performed better than the Ravens recently according to advanced stats like DVOA from Football Outsiders as Sheil Kapadia from The Athletic points out.

Betting Pick

Still, at the end of the day it's all about value and with the Ravens as the underdog, just tell me where to sign up because, as Mr. Kapadia points out, Baltimore is 8-2 ATS as underdogs with Lamar Jackson under center.

The better QB plus the points? Yes, please! I'll dub this one my Willie Mayes Hayes pick, in honor of my former teammate and the king of stolen bases.

San Francisco 49ers vs. Cincinnati Bengals

Sunday, December 12, 2021 – 04:25 PM EST at Paul Brown Stadium

Betting Preview

Both teams are coming into this game looking to bounce back and keep their playoff hopes alive. The Bengals are the #6 seed in the AFC while the 49ers are holding for dear life the last spot in the NFC.

Despite losing to the Chargers last week (41-22) Cincy showed some mettle attempting an impossible comeback, especially if you consider the injury QB Joe Burrow suffered to the pinkie on his throwing hand and a bizarre fumble from RB Joe Mixon who left the game momentarily.

Nonetheless, both of them looked fine and with a week to rest, I'm not so worried. Now, by no means do I think this is an easy game, especially if you take into account that the Bengals opened up as a 2-point favorite and the line has now flipped the other way round.

Like my colleague, Le Martin says: "I love line movements", so I'll take the free points. Now go check her video with the link above!

Actually, I asked Jobu the Guru for some help with this one and he pointed out that, in this case, the value is with the Cats. The 49ers lost against the Seahawks last week which has prompted many to say that Russ is back.

I, for one, have my doubts and still believe the Seahawks are not a good team yet they put an end to San Fran's three-game winning streak.

Betting Pick

Yes, a lot of my doubts have to do with Deebo Samuel playing. And yes, he may be back for this game but still, I wouldn’t count on him being 100% after having to deal with a groin injury. This play requires the marbles of the likes of Pedro Cerrano and Isuro Tanaka, so let's take the value with the Bengals.

Jobu's Corner

As I mentioned, I sought some help from my friend Jobu the Guru this week but just couldn't agree with one of his picks for this slate. Our dear shaman feels that the value will be with the Buccaneers -3 against a Bills team coming from a loss to a Patriots team that connected only three passes and still beat them at home.

Many believe that the hot weather of Miami will be the perfect cure for the Bills but my friend believes otherwise. Tom Brady has dominated Buffalo and he's very well acquainted with Head Coach Sean McDermott
