Nigel Payne, CEO of Sportingbet, Greg Raymer, 2004 World Poker Tour Champion, along with several other representatives of the Internet poker industry, will be promoting North Dakota to become the Internet poker capital at the hearing on March 8.
“If we pass the law, they will come. Whether North Dakota passes these bills or not, the Internet is here to stay and Internet poker is here to stay,” said Rep. Jim Kasper.
