The State Duma has passed a regulatory gambling bill which restricts gambling activities to four designated gambling zones, outlaws online gambling and sets the minimum gambling age of 18 years.
Elsewhere, France has started its census of illegal betting sites, while Vietnam is considering a partnership with Ladbrokes to legalize internet soccer betting in the country.
