Reacting to the events which have characterized the online betting industry in the last three months, we have decided to implement a major change to the Bookmakers Review\’s rating process. The change will affect the weight of some of the criteria we consider when evaluating a bookmaker. The intention is to reduce the weight ascribed to better regulated jurisdictions and public companies with good financial statements, while assigning even more value to players\’ feedback. At the same time, we\’ll also update the rating definitions to make them more current and indicative.We believe these changes, which will be reflected into the rating guide and the rating tables in the coming weeks, will help to make the ratings more fairer and easy to understand for players.
