“In this case the bonus has been deducted from your withdrawn amount as it appears that the money was wagered just enough to earn the bonus amount.”
“You must wager 4 x 1250.00 + the bonus $250 = $5250.00 This is the amount you were supposed to wager.”
Two different excuses were given to the player. We bear as unacceptable that a casino/sportsbook tempts players with offers which it does not intend to honour when it does not go its way.
