Nevada judge says $48.6m default judgement against Bodog remains in force

Judge Roger L. Hunt denied 1st Technology’s request for a permanent injunction to halt all Bodog business in the United States as well as the emergency request to stop the redirection of traffic to bodoglife.com, but he also denied Bodog’s motion to set aside the $48.6m default judgement issued earlier this year when the online betting company failed to appear in court to respond to the allegations of patent infringement.
