Mobile gambling to be worth $12 billion within 3 years

According to a new report by Dr Windsor Holden of Juniper Research, the deployment of multiple mobile payment technologies alongside the introduction in the UK of the Gambling Act 2005 and the proposed liberalization of remote gambling in other key European markets is expected to fuel total annual wagers on mobile phones to nearly $12bn by 2010.
