Malta-based Wettpunkt (2.5) tells a customer that he has to wait three months to receive his payment because the company has had problems in the past with credit card frauds.
In September 2006, Bookmakers Review asked the LGA (Malta\’s licensing authority) to force the bookmakerto publish the rule on its website. On 13 October 2006, we were informed that Wettpunkt requested the LGA\’s approval for the rule to be included in the Terms & Conditions posted on the bookmaker\’s website for public viewing. But as of today, there is no mention of the rule on Wettpunkt\’s website. The T&C have been updated for the last time in July 2005.
