The UK based managed services operator teamed up with Chartwell Technology to offer a new service that allows companies, who have a suitable customer base or channels of promotion, to develop additional revenue streams through e-gaming without the need to tie up in-house resource and personnel in the process.
Inside Gaming, which has grown to be one of the foremost consulting groups in the online gaming industry, will offer its clients a fully branded and hosted gaming site along with a dedicated ‘gaming manager’ who will work with the client in order to maximise returns on promotion in all areas. Over time, clients can then choose to remain ‘managed’ or to work with IG to incubate their own in-house gaming management team.
“We believe we have identified a gap in the market place for a business such as ours. Inside Gaming is committed to delivering the first fully comprehensive managed service to the market. To date the managed service sector has been about giving businesses the tools for an online gaming business but then not showing them how to use them. We aim to partner with businesses looking to enter the market place where gaming is not their core focus,” said Brian Mattingly, Chairman of Inside Gaming.
“We aim to partner with big brand businesses in diverse sectors such as retail, financial services and other sectors that have proven customer communication channels, then by working in partnership we can maximise the gaming revenues whilst allowing our clients to concentrate on their core business,” added Chris North, CEO of Inside Gaming.
“We are proud that Inside Gaming has chosen Chartwell to power all of their sites, and their customer sites”, said Lee Richardson, CEO of Chartwell Technology. “I am certain their substantial industry experience will help them become highly-successful, with their innovative full-service approach, especially with new gaming operators.”
IG is understood to have a number of high profile partnetships set to launch in the coming weeks and more in the pipeline.
In separate news, Chartwell said its recent 32 Card Poker product has been an immediate success, particularly among its Italian clients. 32 Card Poker, which was developed specifically for the Italian market, has taken almost 14% of total rake within Poker Nexus, the network powered by Chartwell software.
