While Antigua officially announced that it will seek the imposition of trade sanctions against the United States for having failed to comply with the WTO ruling, a EU official revealed to the Associated Press that the European Union was looking for new concessions that would be equal with the benefits lost by European based gambling operators which were forced to quit the profitable US market last year when President Bush signed into law the UIGE Act.
