Börje Fors acquired 250,000 shares of the company (called then 24h Poker) just few days before the announcement of the deal with Irish betting exchange Betdaq, which sent the shares’ price up 30 per cent.
In related news, the online poker and sports betting operator posted a SEK 33m annual loss during a year which saw a change of name and strategy. Entraction said to be looking forward at the upcoming launch of its poker product on Pinnaclesports.com and to be in discussions with other international partners.
