EBA urges German authorities to suspend attacks against EU licensed operators

The European Betting Association, which recently welcomed the non-signing of the Interstate Treaty on gambling in Germany, invited the German authorities to clear the current legal chaos by tabling a new and workable regulatory proposal recognizing the fundamental rights accorded by the EU Treaty with respect to the freedom of EU licensed operators to provide their services within the EU.
