eCOGRA announces increase in disputes settled in favour of the players

The online casino and poker regulator revealed that 54 per cent of disputes in the period between January and April 2007 was settled in favour of the players. eCOGRA’s Fair Gaming Advocate Tex Rees said the increase suggests a better ‘quality’ of complaint and a decline in the number of irrelevant or rant complaints that contain insufficient information to be usefully considered.
