BetonSports continues to ignore case in US court

As reported by Bloomberg News, the online sportsbook was found in contempt by US District Judge Carol Jackson for violating a December 28 order to appear in court. BetonSports, which was indicted on gambling charges, agreed in November 2006 to suspend its US-facing operations and promised to return funds to its customers.
