20-07-2007: Bookmakers Review received a second valid slow-pay complaint from a BetChance\’s customer, who originally requested a payment on July 10. Another player who submitted a five digit Moneybookers request had to settle for £1,000 a day, a limit not mentioned anywhere on the website.
Since more players asked Bookmakers Review about BetChance\’s reliability, we passed the comments to both the bookmaker and the LGA.
Betchance told us “not to make a fuss out of nothing.”
The LGA told Bookmakers Review that Betchance (2) is having genuine problems with a payment gateway who closed the service without notice and “left Betchance trying to deal with the problem.”
Considering that there is no warning of possible payment delays on the frontpage of Betchance and that deposits work just fine, it seems to us that the players are left trying to deal with Betchance\’s problems.
UPDATE 23-07-2007: Player confirms to have received the payment. Another player received a payment as promised within 5 days.
BetChance also reversed an earlier decision to void all bets on the FK Pobeda-FC Levadia Tallinn match played on July 18.
