14-08-2007: Bookmakers Review receives a new flurry of slow-pay complaints (6) from BetChance\’s customers who have been waiting two weeks and more to get paid. While the Malta-based bookmaker ignored our last e-mail, players received a communication stating that the new terms and conditions regarding the payment processing have been approved and authorized by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority. Bookmakers Review to ask the LGA how these new terms affect players who have already waited 15 working days or more to receive their funds. BetChance (2) downgraded to the Red list.
UPDATE 19-08-2007: Bookmakers Review received a total of 10 slow-pay complaints this week, with most customers waiting for two or more withdrawals.
While BetChance told Bookmakers Review the new terms approved by the LGA simply introduce a temporary withdrawal limit of EUR 1000 per week, many players have complained that the wording chosen for the new terms on Moneybookers withdrawals make it sound like they can\’t withdraw more than they have deposited. Bookmakers Review asked BetChance to clarify their new terms.
