The NBA season rolls on tonight with a four-game slate. The NBA players always enjoy putting on a good performance on TNT with their entertaining studio crew. With that in mind, let’s dive in right in to find winning player props to make more winning NBA picks.

Toronto Raptors vs. Washington Wizards

Thursday, March 02, 2023 – 07:00 PM EST at Capital One Arena

Pascal Siakam (Toronto Raptors)

  • Over 23.5 Points

The Toronto Raptors take on the Washington Wizards tonight. The game will be the first in a two-game set, with both games played in Washington. The game could very well decide who makes the Play-In tournament. The Raptors are in 9th place while the Wizards are in 10th place. We should get a playoff atmosphere tonight when these two teams take the court.

The Wizards are coming off a 119-116 win in Atlanta over the Hawks. The Raptors’ recent game was a 104-98 win over the Chicago Bulls.

The Toronto Raptors have been playing well. The Raptors are 8-2 over their last 10. The Washington Wizards are 5-5. Toronto comes into the game with a record of 31-32, and the Wizards are 29-32. A successful series for either team will be huge when it comes to the standings.

The Prop Pick

Pascal Siakam is the Raptors’ team leader. Siakam averages 25.2 points and 7.7 rebounds per game. Siakam’s consistency has been key for this Raptors team that has struggled with injuries throughout the year. Pascal has gone over this point prop total in seven of his last eight games. Siakam is averaging 28.2 points per game over the stretch.

We will see Pascal Siakam’s recent high level of play continue tonight. He has an excellent matchup going against Wizards’ center Kristaps Porzingis. Porzingis can be a fine defender in the paint but struggles when you bring him outside. Siakam’s offensive versatility will allow him to put Porzingis in tough situations.

Both teams should come out motivated in such a meaningful game tonight. The Raptors will rely on their team leader Pascal Siakam to show them the way. I expect Siakam to continue his recent trend of exceeding this point prop total.

Following the NBA odds, our first prop for the night is Pascal Siakam Over 23.5 points.

Los Angeles Clippers vs. Golden State Warriors

Thursday, March 02, 2023 – 10:00 PM EST at Chase Center

Jonathan Kuminga (Golden State Warriors)

  • Over 10.5 Points

The Golden State Warriors and Los Angeles Clippers enter tonight’s game in San Francisco heading in opposite directions. The Golden State Warriors have won three consecutive games while the Los Angeles Clippers have lost their last three outings. This puts the teams in a tie for 5th place in the Western Conference.

This will be the team’s third matchup of their four scheduled regular season games. Obviously, with being so close in the standings, tonight’s game will have a huge effect on which team has the better playoff position.

The Warriors have been achieving these wins without two of their best players. Steph Curry is still sidelined with an injury, and Andrew Wiggins is not with the team as he deals with a personal issue. For the Warriors to get wins without these players is a positive development for a team that has been floundering after their championship season last year.

The two main drivers of the team’s offensive success have been Klay Thompson and Jordan Poole. However, the solid play of Jonathan Kuminga has flown under the radar because he has not been putting up huge point totals. Kuminga has been active on both ends of the floor and has been a vital part of this team’s recent success.

The Prop Pick

Jonathan Kuminga is only averaging 8.7 points per game this season but his output has been much higher in Wiggins’ absence. He has gone over this point total in three of his last five games, including a 16-point outing in just 25 minutes against the Portland Trail Blazers.

Against the Los Angeles Clippers tonight, who are heavy at the forward position, I would expect to see Kuminga get even more minutes as the team will need his size and athleticism to slow the Clippers’ dynamic duo at forward.

This should be an exciting game for the fans of these teams. The game will mean a lot to both teams considering their playoff position. We should have a great atmosphere in the Chase Center tonight and it will be an excellent opportunity for Jonathan Kuminga to continue to make a case that he is one of the best young players in the league. Kuminga will put up another big night and will go over his prop total tonight.
