NBA Prop Pick: Devin Booker Over 26.5 Points (-124) at BetOnline (visit our BetOnline Review)

We have seven games on the board for tonight’s NBA action. Coming off of another winning night at Bookmakers Review with the NBA player props, we will do it again this evening.
Let’s dive right in and make more winning NBA picks.
Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Phoenix Suns
Wednesday, March 08, 2023 – 09:00 PM EST at Footprint Center
Devin Booker
- Over 26.5 Points
The Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona will be rocking tonight when Kevin Durant makes his home debut for the Phoenix Suns. The mercurial, mercenary Durant has chosen the Suns as his latest stop to try to win an NBA championship. Judging from the early returns of his tenure, the Suns are the rightful favorite to win the Western Conference.
The Matchup
Tonight the Phoenix Suns will be facing the Oklahoma City Thunder. The Thunder have won their last three games. O.K. City has been putting up plenty of points in these wins.
The Thunder averaged 132 points per game over their last three games. Their most recent outing was a 137-128 win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday night.
Oklahoma City is making a push for a playoff spot and will be facing a tough test tonight. They won’t roll over easily, but this is a tough matchup for them.
The Suns have beaten the Thunder in six of the last seven times they’ve played and the latest NBA odds (Suns -9.5) are a clear indication of that. Their most recent game was a 124-115 win in Phoenix on February 24th. Devin Booker led the team with 25 points in that game.
Kevin Durant has played in three road games for the Suns so far, and the Suns have won all 3 games. Durant has averaged 26.7 points and is shooting 69% from the field in his 3 games with Phoenix. Amidst all the hoopla around Durant, his fellow star Devin Booker’s fantastic performances have fallen under the radar.
The Prop Pick
In Kevin Durant’s first three games, Devin Booker has averaged 36 points per game. He is shooting 56% from the field. Booker is 42-75 from the field since Durant entered the lineup.
With Kevin Durant in the lineup, Devin Booker has faced easier matchups and is taking advantage of them. I expect that to continue tonight as two of the league’s top shot-creators are too much for opposing teams to handle. The Thunder will be the latest victim of this dynamic duo. Our first point prop for the evening is Devin Booker over 26.5 points.

Chicago Bulls vs. Denver Nuggets
Wednesday, March 08, 2023 – 09:00 PM EST at Ball Arena
Nikola Vucevic
- Under 10.5 Rebounds
The Chicago Bulls’ push for the playoffs has been tepid, to say the least. The Chicago Bulls have lost their last two games and have lost nine of their last 12 games. Still, it is not too late for the Bulls to make the playoffs, but if they were to do so, they’re going to have to turn things around quickly.
The Matchup
The Bulls face the tough task of turning things around tonight when they face the Western Conference’s top team, the Denver Nuggets. The Denver Nuggets are a juggernaut at home and are 30-4 when playing in Ball Arena this season.
The Bull’s most recent game is a 125-122 loss to the Indiana Pacers. In that game, Zach LaVine scored 42 points but it was not enough to overcome the scrappy team from Indiana.
The Chicago Bulls are seven games below .500. Still, if they were to put on a run right now, they can still make the playoffs. The Bulls have plenty of talent and if they get hot at the right time, they could be a tough test for any team.
The Prop Pick
Nikola Vucevic will be matched up with two-time MVP Nikola Jokic tonight. Earlier this season, we were commonly attacking the Vucevic rebounding prop Over. Vucevic is averaging 11.2 rebounds per game this season. However, he has failed to go over that mark in his last four games.
Opposing teams have been pulling Vucevic out of the paint on defense, which has limited his rebounding opportunities. As teams continue to attack Vucevic by getting him out of his comfort zone, it limits his ability to grab rebounds.
Nikola Jokic is a versatile player and he will also bring Vucevic out of the paint. This will limit Vucevic’s opportunities once again, and once again, he will fail to go over his rebounding prop total. Our second prop for the night is Nikola Vucevic under 10.5 rebounds.
