Genting Berhad confirms it raised its stake in London Clubs International to 29.9 pct

The Malaysian conglomerate bought 15.8m shares on Friday, bringing its total holding to 66.4m shares, just below the threshold at which it must launch a takeover bid under UK takeover rules.
